Who we are
Resolution Claim Management is an insurance appraisal firm. We provide state-licensed appraisers and umpires for the appraisal process in property insurance claims, consult on appraisal strategy, and perform full damage inspections.
We have 20 years of experience, and an Executive General Adjuster is on staff for large and complex property losses.
We work for policyholders and for insurance companies. When we are retained as an appraiser, we represent the side that hired us. When we serve as umpire, we are neutral.

Competent and disinterested
Appraisal clauses require each appraiser to be competent and disinterested, and the umpire to be impartial. We take both requirements seriously on every assignment.
